The middle class conservative American is fast rising to the top of the list for being the largest repressed and discriminated against group of people in America. We have been caught in a double bind trying to survive economically while suffocating with government control and lack of response from those that are supposed to represent us. Our words and fears are falling on deaf ears! Consequently, the stress and frustration is continuing to grow in overwhelming proportions. People feel they are loosing their ability to maintain control of their own destiny as liberal political figures continue to blatantly label any American that disagrees with their liberal agenda, as Un-American, wing nuts, right wing nut jobs, A mob and worse, we are now being called RACISTS!
Have the liberals taken a page from history and the word RACISTS is now the modern day equivalent for WITCH? In early European societies and later in the Boston Witch Hunts, people were consumed by panic over alleged witches believed to be living among them. People were terrified of being accused to be a witch as these “witch-hunts” resulted in a trial, torture, and execution of tens of thousands of victims, about three-quarters of whom were women. ( Boston Witch Hunts only accounts for a few hundred people that were executed for being a witch).
Every Day, liberal politicians are berating citizens that question the wisdom of Health Care Reform, which is only one issue of many. Our questions are answered with talking points, and a trust me attitude. What we continue to hear:
Liberal Talking Points: “Our representatives are under attack by Washington insiders, big lobbies, insurance companies, and well-financed special interests who don’t go a day without spreading lies and stirring up fear. We need to show that we’re sick and tired of it, and that we’re ready for real change, this year”.
The 2 key words repeated consistently in liberal blogs, articles, far left commentators, including some of the alphabet networks, are: “Spreading Lies” and “Fear”. That is how they defend their position, and when that isn’t enough they label individuals as “RACISTS” and try to inflict as much damage as possible to the creditability of their target. They want to destroy the reputation of any individual they see as a threat to their goals and if they can destroy their business or earning capacity, that much for the better!
What better example do we have than the recent attack on Rush Limbaugh, when it became public knowledge that he was a potential investor in the St. Louis Rams football franchise. All hell broke loose in the liberal left, first we have Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton … 2 men who can’t get to a camera and mic fast enough when there opportunity to point out anybody they can label as Racists. Jackson who last year was caught on camera, when he thought his mic was turned off … using the N word and suggesting that he would like to cut off Obama’s “nuts”! Jackson has a long history, but he is a minor player and a waste of my time going through his past.
Sharpton, with his own checkered past, now suggests that his lawyers are preparing to file a defamation lawsuit against Rush Limbaugh for an op-ed published Saturday.
During 2007, Sharpton was accused of bigotry for comments he made on May 7, 2007, concerning presidential candidate Mitt Romney and his religion, Mormonism: “As for the one Mormon running for office, those who really believe in God will defeat him anyways, so don’t worry about that; that’s a temporary situation.”
Rush, with a radio audience of somewhere around 20 million conservative Americans is a real threat to the Radical Liberals. It would appear that during this time when we need to hear the truth about health Care Reform, Cap and Trade, and the many ways the Government is attempting to destroy and remake our constitution, they want to silence him, or at very least side track him with these vicious attacks. Anything they can do to discredit Rush. I suspect they have bitten off more than they can chew.
Are the liberals using Rush as an example to scare conservative Americans or anybody that does not support the Obama Administration …. the rest of us little people, less known critics, to shut up and site down or somebody may go after us? Americans, wake up … this is pure and simple intimidation! If they can get the big guy, then will they leave the rest of us little fish shaking in our collective boots?
This circus plays out even in our nations capitol with Congresswoman Shelia Jackson Lee … On October 13th, live on CSPAN she took the floor. She spoke for 5.23 minutes, the first 2.28 minutes were about job creation. The second 2.29 minutes she used the floor as her bully pulpit:
Jackson states that she believes in the 1st amendment, Freedom of Speech … She stands with the NFL Players Association – Rush is not the kind of owner the NFL needs. He does not represent the fullness of appreciation of athletes of all diverse backgrounds no matter what he wants to PRETEND to say on his radio station – he is decisive! ( he Pretends to say, did you know people could “pretend to say something … maybe a mime?) She then asks the NFL owners to put standards in place, criteria, based on integrity not just the BUCK.
I find this an odd statement coming from the floor of Congress, I did not know that we are spending tax payer money and giving free TV coverage for a politician to yammer on about private sector matters, however she continued} ” I don’t know why he (Rush) would be interested other than the big buck – we are not interested in him either (who is we, is she speaking of the United States Congress?) – although this isn’t my choice, not a government issue but an issue of integrity – he does not bring people together! ( Rush manages to bring together 20 million people in his radio audience, I wonder if she ever brought together 20 million on anything?)
Does she stop there … ah, NO … she has to throw in a few more knives:
“Just as they are about to select him for a Judge for the Miss America Contest, I can’t understand that but that’s their choice – maybe they think he will bring in his millions of listeners … but can you imagine the “poor” girls scared already, asked a question about the person she most admires – and they have a political affiliation (liberal of course) they won’t win!
NFL has become one of America’s past times – we all look at NFL – Shelia Jackson Lee says she know there are far better owners that could be selected than one that has this gentleman in it!

Notice that Shelia Jackson Lee states that she stands with the NFL Players Association? NFL Players executive director DeMaurice Smith on Saturday made a move to solidify the union against a bid by conservative talk show radio host Rush Limbaugh as part of a group that aims to purchase the St. Louis Rams (according to a story by Chris Mortensen, ESPN) DeMaurice has a relationship with the Obama Administration, he was a former assistant US attorney who served as counsel to then Deputy attorney General Eric Holder in the US Department of Justice. What’s the relationship between Shelia Jackson Lee, DeMaurice Smith, Eric Holder and the Obama Administration?
In the same article mentioned above by Chris Mortensen is ESPN’s senior NFL analyst, he comments:

Does Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson, Shelia Jackson Lee and the NFL Players Executive Director, DeMaurice Smith suggest we now have a racial quota on NFL team owners? Since when did racial or political views make up the criteria for team ownership? Do you really believe if Rush were a part owner in any team that a player who may be offered a contract worth tens of millions of dollars would decline because he didn’t like Rush? I kinda doubt it! I wonder if they also want a racial quota on white players?
I saved my favorite commenter for last, Commissioner Roger Goodell! Maybe he is the token White Guy, in this particular debacle. In a Washington Post headline “NFL commissioner hints that Rush Limbaugh may not be suitable for franchise ownership” … written on October 13, 2009, by Jim Galloway:
Commissioner Roger Goodell said here Tuesday that it would be inappropriate for the owner of an NFL franchise to make the sort of controversial statements attributed in the past to conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh.
“I’ve said many times before we’re all held to a high standard here, and I think divisive comments are not what the NFL is all about,” Goodell said at an NFL owners’ meeting.
This is the same man so worried about the HIGH STANDARDS of the NFL, that he reinstated Michael Vick … the Dog Killer that ran a dog fighting ring and spent 18 months in Federal Prision. Has Vick caused or behaved in a divisive manner? I guess only animal lovers might think so … or anybody that cares about the humane treatment of dogs. I doubt the average person has any knowledge as to who owns the different NFL teams, it’s the players that make the news with different violations of the law, that usually make the news. Michale Vick is only the most recent after making national headlines a couple years ago with his involvement in cruelty and dog fighting rings.
Vick after serving his 18 month prison term and being reinstated by the NFL Commissioner, also lands own TV show, an 8 part television series on BET.

Nike, which signed Vick as a rookie in 2001, terminated his contract in August 2007 after the Atlanta Falcons star filed a plea agreement admitting his involvement in the dogfighting ring. At the time, Nike called cruelty to animals “inhumane, abhorrent and unacceptable” and halted release of his fifth signature shoe, the Air Zoom Vick V.
This attack on Rush Limbaugh as being a racists is an attack on you, if you happen to disagree with liberals. Statutes have been enacted to prevent discrimination based on a person’s race, sex, religion, age, physical limitation, national origin, and sexual preference. Apparently these statues are not adequate, since the liberals need Race Baters who make up remarks or use slanted sound bites to accuse a person of being Racists.
I’ve listened to Rush for years and when I hear their sound bites I know they are taken out of context. Liberals are not going to silence Rush, Hannity, Levin or any of the other conservative political commentators nor will they silence FOX News or US!
