Well, their at it again. With thousands of barrels of oil spilling into the Gulf of Mexico, and it seems no one is able to stop it, at the moment. The Obama administration has decided the way to stop the leak is to pass yet another law. Not a law that would stop the leak, or even one that would see to it that such a catastrophe could not happen in the future. The law he really wants passed is simply another TAX law. A tax law that will include the majority of the Cap and Trade language that, until now, was all but dead in the Senate. Yet, as we all know by now, nothing that the Liberals want is ever actually dead.
They were ordered by a court of law not to impose the six month deep water drilling moratorium in the gulf. Not good enough for Obama, they are rewriting (resurrecting) the same moratorium using different language, and moving forward as if nothing has happened. The only way to stop the new one is to go back to court again. It would seem the law does not apply to Obama.
In the same light, the congress and the White House have decided that no one is going to tell them they cannot have their Global Warming legislation, no matter what. They will use any means necessary to force these laws down our throats just like they did the train wreak they called health care.
The problem is they know very well that We The People are watching them like hawks now. With the November elections only three months away they have to find some way to pass their agendas without angering us more then we are. The chances are that their opposition, the Republicans/Conservatives will make a very good showing at the polls in November, and if the best case happens we will simply gut them and take back both houses. Should this delightful circumstance occur, this round of the Liberal movement will be pretty much DOA. In order to supply some form of ‘damage control’ Obama and his ‘lap dogs’ must pass something. Anything for that matter, to show their supporters that they are still alive, and sort of kicking.
So now for the next sixty to ninety days it is going to be a feeding frenzy to see who can pass what before the end of their days.
Frankly, for them, the bigger the legislation the better it will look to their supporters. I mean face it, with all the hundreds of millions of dollars that Georg Soros has pumped into this effort, I’m sure he wants some kind of return of his investment in this Community Organizer he put in the White House. I think we will see a true ‘full court press’ from Obama, Reid, and Pelosi over the next couple of months. I can only hope, and pray, there is enough opposition from us to keep them contained.
The important part in all this is that those of us that oppose them need to step up the heat even more then we already have to see to it that what we are fighting for finally comes to pass. If it means spending more time hounding our Representatives, including the President by the way, then this is what we must do. Demonstrate where ever, and when ever, we can. Peacefully, of course. We are not Liberals. If we have friends that are Independents, Democrats, even Liberals, we need to do what ever we can to persuade them to come over to our way. Attend the Tea Party events, fill the halls at the Town Hall Meetings. What ever it takes get this job done. Seeing to it that Reid and Pelosi get sent home would really be a worthy effort.
Just as an after thought in closing, I found a story in Yahoo News this morning that just seemed out of place to me. I’m not going to say the story is a plant, but it seems a bit coincidental that it appeared at the time when Obama is trying once again to sell something that strongly resembles Cap & Trade. The single largest tax increase this country has ever seen.
In 1985 a team of British scientists discovered a hole in the ozone layer above Antarctica. This caused an enormous stir in the idea of Global Warming and a war was on ‘to save the planet’ from the CFC’s and keep the ozone from ‘leaking’ out.
Now it seems the hole is repairing itself, and the scientists are wringing their hands because the winds may bring down the ozone to the surface and cause smog. You simply cannot win with these people.

Either way, the point is folks, we have a great start on getting these people out of congress, and start returning our wonderful country to the greatness it once enjoyed. We cannot, we MUST NOT, allow them to continue. If it is not the Liberal agenda, the excessive spending, the attempts at excessive taxes, including a Value Added tax that will certainly break what little is left of the bank, it’s any number of other disasters with them. If that is not enough, I feel safe in saying that 50-60% of our elected representatives are corrupt and on the take in one form or another. This is not the way to care for this country that is so important to all of us. We need honest representation. Now!! Point is, it’s time to FIRE CONGRESS!! THE ROOKIES CAN DO NO WORSE!!
